vCon Ledger

Cookie Policy

Last updated: 1 August 2026

This page explains the cookies and similar technologies used on vconledger.com, and how you can control them.

Essential (always on)

We store your cookie choice in your browser's local storage under the key vconledger_consent, so we don't ask again on every page. It is first-party, holds nothing but "granted" or "denied", and is not used to track you.

If you use the interest form, Cloudflare Turnstile runs an anti-bot challenge. It may set a short-lived cookie or local-storage entry to complete that check. This is strictly necessary to stop the form being abused, so it runs without consent — but only on the page with the form.

Analytics (only with your consent)

If you select Accept on our cookie banner, we load two third-party analytics tools:

  • Google Analytics 4 (Google) — aggregate traffic and conversion measurement, with IP anonymisation enabled. Sets Google analytics cookies.
  • Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft) — usage analytics including heatmaps and session recordings, which capture how you move through and interact with pages. Sets Clarity cookies.

These load only after you accept. If you select Decline, or ignore the banner, they are never fetched and no analytics cookies are set. We use Google Consent Mode with analytics and advertising storage set to denied by default, before any Google script loads.

What we don't do

We run no advertising cookies, no ad tags and no cross-site tracking pixels. Advertising storage stays denied even if you accept analytics. We do not sell your personal data.

Changing your choice

Use the buttons below to change your decision at any time. You can also clear this site's storage in your browser settings and reload, which brings the banner back, or block cookies in your browser entirely.
